the location is perfect. it is just at rossio square. it is perfect for markets and shopping. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely and friendly.

The noise at night was bad. I heard people screaming outside. inside, every guest walking by was audible. the toilet had a noisy grinder that seemed to operate randomly. We couldn't turn it off. it was annoying and made sleep difficult.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area. Breakfast included a good variety of options I found suitable. The staff quickly prepared the room for my early arrival. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the availability of many towels.
The street outside was a bit noisy at night but it was tolerable.

Breakfast was prebooked in 30-minute slots allowing organized service. A typical breakfast was available I found it to be sufficient if you don't have special needs. It offered basic options to cover your needs.

My room was super clean and comfortable I enjoyed the space. The bathrooms were large and kept very clean throughout my stay. A sink and bidet was available in the room which was very convenient.
